Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Run (30 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (Workout Four on the mile plan), weights.
Thursday: Bike (30 minutes).
Friday: Swim (Workout Four on the mile plan), weights.
Saturday: Rest day.
Sunday: Run (40 minutes).
