This Week's Schedule.
Monday: Swim (24 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Physical therapy.
Wednesday: Swim (40 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Bike (40 minutes).
Friday: Physical therapy, weights.
Saturday: Bike (80 minutes).
Sunday: Bowling!
(Note: Schedule will likely change as PT dictates ... but, really, what else is new. :))
(ETA: So, the schedule has changed. I am not supposed to run until January, according to my therapist. So, swimming and biking, here I come! :))
