Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (35 minutes), bike (70 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (35 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (58 minutes).
Friday: Run (58 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (117 minutes).
Sunday: Rest day!
