I'm clawing my way back onto the Wellness Wagon this week. Wish me luck.
Monday: Makeup long run (11 miles).
Tuesday: Run (4 miles), weights.
Wednesday: Run (8 miles).
Thursday: Run (4 miles), weights.
Friday: Rest day!
Saturday: Run (17 miles).
Sunday: Swim (60 minutes) OR bike (however long).
