Monday: Short bike (47 minutes).
Tuesday: Swim (40 minutes), run (4 miles), weights.
Wednesday: Swim (30 minutes), run (7 miles).
Thursday: Optional swim (30 minutes), long bike (78 minutes)-run (4 miles) brick, weights.
Friday: Swim (40 minutes).
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Race day! :) :)
