This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (Swimplan workout), bike (70 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (Workout Six on the mile plan), weights.
Thursday: Run (35 minutes).
Friday: Run (58 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (117 minutes, hillwork).
Sunday: Bowling.
