This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (Workout Six on the mile plan), bike (58 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (29 minutes), weights, bowling practice.
Thursday: Swim (Workout Six on the mile plan).
Friday: Run (48 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (97 minutes, hill work).
Sunday: Bowling.
