Olympic Tri Training Begins.
And this week's schedule is as follows.
Monday: Rest day! (King Street Mile was pre-empted by work.)
Tuesday: Rest day!
Wednesday: Bike (48 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Run (24 minutes).
Friday: Run (40 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (80 minutes).
Sunday: Swim (Workout Five on the mile plan), bowling.
