Monday: PT, pushups.
Tuesday: Swim (24 minutes), run (15 minutes).
Wednesday: PT, pushups.
Thursday: Run (24 minutes).
Friday: Swim (40 minutes), pushups.
Saturday: Bike (80 minutes).
Sunday: Bowling.
