Monday: Rest day.
Tuesday: Run (3 miles).
Wednesday: Run (5 miles), weights.
Thursday: Speedwork run (3 miles).
Friday: Swim (30 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Run (7 miles).
Sunday: Bike (60 minutes), bowling.
