Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (38 minutes), bike (77 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (64 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (64 minutes).
Friday: Rest day, weights.
Saturday: Bike (128 minutes).
Sunday: Poplar Springs 5K! :)
