This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (Swimplan workout), bike (77 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (38 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (Workout Six on the mile plan).
Friday: Run (64 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (128 minutes, hillwork).
Sunday: Bowling.
