Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Rest day.
Wednesday: Swim (Swimplan workout)-bike (74 minutes) brick, weights.
Thursday: Rest day.
Friday: Swim (one mile), weights.
Saturday: Run (62 minutes).
Sunday: Bike (124 minutes)-run (37 minutes) brick.
