Monday: Swim (20 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Rest day.
Wednesday: Bike (46 minutes)-run (14 minutes) brick.
Thursday: Swim (23 minutes).
Friday: Rest day.
Saturday: Race day! :)
Sunday: Rest day. :)
