This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Run (42 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Swim (Swimplan workout), bowling.
Wednesday: Bike (85 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (Workout Six on the mile plan).
Friday: Bike (141 minutes, hillwork), weights.
Saturday: Run (70 minutes).
Sunday: Rest day!
