Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Run (3 miles).
Wednesday: Run (5 miles), weights.
Thursday: Run (3 miles), bike (60 minutes).
Friday: Rest day, weights.
Saturday: Run (10 miles).
Sunday: Open-water swim practice!
