Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (Swimplan workout).
Wednesday: Run (46 minutes), bike (93 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (one mile).
Friday: Bike (155 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Race day!
