Monday: PT, yoga, weights.
Tuesday: Rest day, pushups.
Wednesday: Bike (53 minutes), run (26 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (44 minutes), pushups.
Friday: Run (44 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (88 minutes), pushups.
Sunday: Swim (26 minutes), bowling.
