Monday: Pushups, weights.
Tuesday: Run (5 miles).
Wednesday: Run (10 miles), pushups, weights.
Thursday: Speedwork run (5 miles).
Friday: Rest day, pushups, weights.
Saturday: Run (20 miles).
Sunday: Bowling.
