Monday: Swim (42 minutes).
Tuesday: Rest day!
Wednesday: Swim (25 minutes), bike (51 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Run (25 minutes).
Friday: Rest day, weights.
Saturday: Bike (85 minutes).
Sunday: Zooma Annapolis 10K!
