Next Week's Schedule.
I'll write a real post soon, I promise. The taper begins in a week and a half, so I'll have some time on my hands. :)
Anyway, next week's schedule (read: the Last Hurrah).
Monday evening: Short run (35 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Swim (60 minutes), weights.
Wednesday: Rest day.
Thursday: Short bike (70 minutes).
Friday: Rest day.
Saturday: Long run (58 minutes).
Sunday: Long bike (117 minutes).
