This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Short run (25 minutes).
Wednesday: Short bike (51 minutes).
Thursday: Swim (60 minutes).
Friday: Long run (42 minutes).
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Race day! (Which can conveniently conincide with my 70-minute makeup long run!)
