This Week's Schedule.

Race report to come. This'll be a recovery week, so I'll be going off-plan a bit. :)

Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Recovery bike (60 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (60 minutes).
Thursday: Rest day!
Friday: Recovery run (30 minutes).
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Recovery run (30 minutes).
