Next Week's Schedule.

Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Short bike (28 minutes), makeup long run (31 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (40 minutes).
Thursday: Long bike (46 minutes), run (14 minutes).
Friday: Rest day!
Saturday: RED HILLS TRIATHLON!!
Sunday: Beer. Lots of beer.
