What If ...
Let us do some back-of-the-napkin math.
If I can swim 1/3 mile in 15 minutes, AND
if I can bike 16 miles in 90 minutes, AND
if I can run a 5K in 30 minutes, THEN
I can finish in 2 hours, 20 minutes, adding in time for transitions.
If I can shave my bike down to 75 minutes, THEN
I can finish in just over two hours.
Let's make that the goal.
