My Red Hills Goals

1. To KILL on the swim. If I can get ahead here, I can worry a little less on the bike.

2. To FLY on the bike. I don't need to worry with the brakes too much and instead just let myself take those hills -- ups and downs both -- to the best of my ability.

3. To ENJOY the run. This is my first tri. I want to hit a 10-minute pace and then just let my legs do the running while I take in the scene.
