Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Short bike (37 minutes) in the morning, weights in the evening.
Wednesday: Long bike (62 minutes), short run (18 minutes) together.
Thursday: Swim (60 minutes).
Friday morning: Swim (49 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Long run (31 minutes).
