This Week's Schedule.

Monday evening: Practice run (30 minutes).
Tuesday morning: Long run (64 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (70 minutes) in the morning, short bike (77 minutes) in the evening.
Thursday evening: Short run (38 minutes).
Friday: Rest day.
Saturday: RACE!
Sunday: Long bike (128 minutes).
