This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Yoga.
Tuesday: Rest day!
Wednesday: Bike (35 minutes), weights.
Thursday: PT, swim (17 minutes), run (17 minutes), pushups.
Friday: Swim (29 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Run (29 minutes), pushups.
Sunday: Bike (58 minutes), bowling.
