Tuesday: Swim (46 minutes), bike (93 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (77 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (77 minutes).
Friday: Run (46 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (155 minutes).
Sunday: Rest day!
