Monday: Bike (75 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Swim (30 minutes), bike (60 minutes).
Wednesday: Bike (75 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (30 minutes), run (60 minutes).
Friday: Rest day!
Saturday: Bike (90 minutes), run (30 minutes).
Sunday: Bike (150 minutes).
