This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Swim (45 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Bike (60 minutes), swim (30 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (45 minutes), run (30 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Run (60 minutes), bike (30 minutes).
Friday: Run (30 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Bike (120 minutes).
