This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Run (40 minutes), swim (40 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Run (30 minutes), bike (60 minutes – spinning class).
Wednesday: Swim (30 minutes), bike (45 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (30 minutes).
Friday: Run (Run for the Gulf 5K), weights.
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Bike (90 minutes).
