This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Run (60 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Swim (30 minutes), Run (40 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (30 minutes), bike (60 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Bike (45 minutes), swim (40 minutes).
Friday: Swim (40 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Bike (90 minutes).
