Wednesday: Run (8 miles), push-ups/sit-ups, weights.
Thursday: Run (4 miles), rowing machine (10 minutes).
Friday: Rest day, push-ups/sit-ups, weights.
Saturday: Run (16 miles).
Sunday: Bike (60 minutes).
