Monday: Makeup long bike.
Tuesday: Rest day, weights.
Wednesday: Swim (30 minutes), run (30 minutes).
Thursday: Bike (30 minutes), run (30 minutes), weights.
Friday: Bike (30 minutes).
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Reston Triathlon!
