This Week's Schedule

Is as follows.

Monday: Short run (23 minutes)
Tuesday: Short bike (46 minutes)
Wednesday: Practice short run (21 minutes)
Thursday: Long bike (77 minutes)
Friday: Swim (62 minutes)
Saturday: Rest day! :)
Sunday: Long run (39 minutes)

As always, I expect things to shift around a bit. But not by toooooo much.
