Next Week's Schedule.

I've gotta get back into my weight-lifting routine this week.

Monday: Makeup swim (60 minutes), weights.
Tuesday: Makeup short bike (51 minutes).
Wednesday: Rest day!
Thursday: Swim (77 minutes), weights.
Friday: Short run (46 minutes).
Saturday: Long run (77 minutes).
Sunday: Long bike (155 minutes).
