Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Rest day!
Wednesday: Short bike (85 minutes).
Thursday: Short run (42 minutes).
Friday: Makeup short swim (60 minutes).
Saturday: Long bike (141 minutes).
Sunday: Long run (70 minutes).
