Next Week's Schedule.
The marathon training begins on Tuesday. Pray for me. :)
Monday: Swim (60 minutes).
Tuesday: Run (3 miles), weights.
Wednesday: Rest day!
Thursday: Run (5 miles), short bike (56 minutes with hill work), weights.
Friday: Run (3 miles).
Saturday: Run (8 miles).
Sunday: Long bike (93 minutes).
