This Week's Schedule.

Race report to come, I promise.

Monday: Rest day!
Tuesday: Rest day, maybe some weights.
Wednesday: Short bike (30 minutes).
Thursday: Run (30 minutes), weights.
Friday: Swim (30 minutes).
Saturday: Long bike (90 minutes) OR rest day, depending.
Sunday: Extra swim/bike/run OR rest day, depending.
