Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Run (29 minutes), bike (58 minutes), pushups.
Wednesday: PT, yoga, weights.
Thursday: Swim (48 minutes), pushups.
Friday: Run (48 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (97 minutes), pushups.
Sunday: Swim (29 minutes), bowling.
