Monday: Yoga, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (32 minutes), bike (64 minutes), pushups.
Wednesday: Run (32 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (53 minutes), pushups.
Friday: Run (53 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (107 minutes), pushups.
Sunday: Bowling.
