This Week's Schedule.

Monday: Yoga, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (35 minutes), bike (70 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (35 minutes), makeup bike (64 minutes) weights.
Thursday: Swim (58 minutes).
Friday: Rest day, weights.
Saturday: Run (George Washington Birthday 10K).
Sunday: Bike (117 minutes), bowling.
