Tuesday: Swim (38 minutes), bike (77 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (38 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (64 minutes), yoga.
Friday: Run (64 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (128 minutes).
Sunday: Bowling.
