Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (42 minutes), bike (85 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (70 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (70 minutes), yoga.
Friday: Rest day, weights.
Saturday: Bike (141 minutes).
Sunday: Run (St. Patrick’s Day 8K), bowling.
