Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (28 minutes), bike (56 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (28 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (46 minutes), yoga.
Friday: Run (46 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (93 minutes).
Sunday: Bowling!
