Tuesday: Swim (46 minutes), bike (93 minutes).
Wednesday: Bike (155 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Rest day!
Friday: Run (77 minutes).
Saturday: Swim (77 minutes).
Sunday: Run (46 minutes).
