Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Swim (25 minutes), bike (51 minutes).
Wednesday: Run (25 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (42 minutes), yoga.
Friday: Run (42 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Rest day!
Sunday: Bike (85 minutes).
