Monday: Rest day, weights.
Tuesday: Bike (85 minutes).
Wednesday: Swim (70 minutes), run (42 minutes), weights.
Thursday: Swim (42 minutes), yoga.
Friday: Makeup swim (70 minutes), weights.
Saturday: Bike (141 minutes).
Sunday: Run (70 minutes), bowling.
